How to add STAGES to a Project

When create new Project, do NOT create new stages, but always choose from existing stages. these article shows you the detail steps how to do that.

Note 1, once a Project is "Archived", the Project name will be removed from the Task Stage. No need to worry too many names under one Stage.

Note 2, we will create a Project Template so you don't have to create new Stages each time.

This is mandatory to install onto your Google Workspace, this Plugin will make so easy to:
1. create a contact, 
2. create an opportunity, 
3. create ticket,
4. create task, 
5. record a new or existing Gmail into odoo.

Tips:
  1. ignore the first step "configuration settings", its already done
  2. download this link for odoo plug in module: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/odoo_inbox_addin_legacy/873497133275
  3. after installation, it will require you to put in log in info, use this: https://power-knot-llc.odoo.com/

We will continue to use GOOGLE workspace as the dominant database. We can also use the Odoo Document App as a side kick for convenience. Please only record temporary files that do not need long term storage in the Document App.

We should always store the finished files back to Google workspace for long term storage.
